You agree to use your own efforts to verify the authenticity and accuracy of any information posted on the Website, whether by CutiesTools staff members, third-parties or affiliates, or by advertisers. Neither CutiesTools assume any legal liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, service, or content disclosed herein nor freedom from computer virus, and do not represent that use of such information, service, or content would infringe on privately owned rights.

Cancellations & Returns

Once you submit payment information, you can cancel at anytime and you will not be billed any further. Free trials are offered on all packages so you have a chance to use the website builder service before you purchase. Thus, we do not offer returns.

For Users: I understand the following rules and regulations that pertain to advertising to CutiesTools

I hereby authorize CutiesTools and its agents, employees, and representatives, to publish my pictures and/or pictures I am submitting for the purpose of advertising on CutiesTools and/or corporate print advertisements. I hereby grant them the sole and express right of publication on their website and/or corporate promotions, and strictly prohibit the publication of this picture on any other website. I also hereby transfer all copyright rights to CutiesTools and authorize them to pursue legal action against anybody who infringes on this copyright fully permissible by law.

I agree to hold them harmless from any liability arising from the publication of these pictures and further agree to bear any and all liabilities resulting from the publication therein. CutiesTools provides neither advice nor participation in the conduct of my business. CutiesTools only sells a software and is not further involved in my business in any way. I also hereby declare that I am over 18 years of age.

1. The ad that I run on CutiesTools is my responsibility in full. CutiesTools does not monitor content on its websites.

2. I am responsible for keeping track of my payment dates at all times. CutiesTools will contact me as the ad comes up for expiration; however, they are not responsible for giving me an extension if I cannot be reached.

3. I understand that my account will expire if payment is not received on time.

4. CutiesTools reserves the right to refuse the use of photos and text that are pornographic, of low quality or infringe a copyright agreement. CutiesTools reserves the right to refuse all photos that are not of the actual user.

5. I understand that I am to keep all payment information on hand, and be aware of when my ad expires each month.

6. I agree to only provide services which are legal in my jurisdiction. It is my full responsibility to verify that all services I offer are legal in my jursidiction.
